CHANGE OF NATURE, NAME AND HEADQUARTERS OF THE SOCIETY
We are kindly informing that on 11th June 2012 the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register recorded the changes in the Society’s statute, accepted by the General Assembly of Members on 31st March 2012
Some of the recorded changes are as follows:
- The nature of the Society from “regional” to “ Polish”;
- The name of the Society from “Regional Cultural Society” into “Polish Cultural Society”;
- The headquarters of the Society from “Dąbrowa Górnicza” to “Katowice”.
